This notice describes data processing in the internal KSB Alliance Command Center.

The portal is used exclusively for the internal organization of players in the KSB alliance in Last War. This includes member administration, roles and permissions, game-related scoring and incidents, absences, event organization, and game-related performance and statistical values. All scores, incidents, performance values and statistics relate exclusively to activities within the game and the organization of the alliance. They do not constitute an assessment of the person outside the game.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). The legitimate interest lies in organizing and managing the KSB alliance, coordinating its members and game activities, and maintaining the internal documentation required for alliance operations. The data is not used for advertising, profiling outside the game, or other commercial purposes.
The KSB Alliance Command Center does not provide input fields for real names, private email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, or dates of birth. User accounts are maintained under the name used in the game or an internal username. Only game- and portal-related information intended for the internal organization of the KSB alliance is collected.
Processed data includes in particular game/user names, roles and permissions, incidents and bonus points, absences, power and kill snapshots, as well as technical audit and security data. This information relates to organization and activities within Last War and the KSB alliance. Game-related information is taken from Last War or from information provided within the alliance and entered to the best of our knowledge. No independent verification of completeness or accuracy takes place. Incorrect information can be reported for correction using the contact address above.
Data protection notice A game name or username and the portal information linked to it may nevertheless constitute personal data if it can be associated with a natural person. This privacy notice therefore also applies even if no real names or private contact details are stored.
The information stored in the portal is used exclusively for internal display and organization within the KSB Alliance Command Center. The stored game and portal data is not intended to be disclosed to external recipients for their own purposes. Within the portal, only logged-in users receive access according to their assigned role and permissions. Particularly protected areas such as the audit log are accessible only to explicitly authorized persons.
The technical operation of the website is separate from this: the hosting provider may process technically necessary data when providing the web server, such as server log data. No further disclosure by the KSB Alliance Command Center is intended.
A technically necessary session cookie is used for login. Failed login attempts are limited to protect against unauthorized access; for this purpose, the IP address is processed within the application only as a hash. The application itself does not integrate advertising, analytics, or tracking services. The hosting provider may process additional technical server logs when operating the web server.
Data associated with a member is generally stored for the duration of their membership in the KSB alliance. After leaving, the user and the portal information associated with them are generally deleted within 30 days. This includes in particular incidents, bonus points, absences, power and kill data, and personal assignments in event and historical data.
Independently of this, use of the portal is tied to the operation of the KSB alliance in Last War. If alliance operations or the use of Last War are permanently discontinued and the portal is no longer needed for the stated organizational purpose, the personal assignments stored in it should be deleted. There is currently no fixed end date for this.
Where backups exist through the operator or hosting provider, they are used exclusively for recovery after technical faults or data loss. For technical reasons, deleted data may temporarily remain in existing backups and should not be restored for other purposes.
Affected members can use website@server1636.com to request, in particular, access to data processed about their user account, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or—where the legal requirements are met—data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, there is also a right to object in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Exercising these rights does not depend on a real name or private contact address being stored in the portal; it is only necessary to establish a sufficient association with the relevant game/user account in order to process a request.
